Tsuji has been passionate about hair at a young age, hairdressing was an immediate career choice for her. Trained at Tokyo Academy of Hairdressing and Beauty and received the HABIA - Certificate of Professional Qualification in the United Kingdom ,she ventured outside of Japan to develop her craft and skill. 

She has been in this industry for over 30 years and loves hairdessing for her main and new clients. She sees hairdressing as not just a profession, but also an art form influenced by a wide and varied number of creative practices that when combined create a structured, yet organic end product.
